Come to the Library for an inspirational environment where you can create and share ideas. This group is facilitated by local writer, Kathy Mutch.
Please bring your own chess set and enjoy a morning of chess play.
Shannon Janeczek, Secretary of the Women’s National Book Association, and owner of PublishSavvy (a Michigan-based author services firm), will discuss the details on various production steps and the costs that are involved to get your book in both print and ebook format.
Participate with Novi Community School District Superintendent, Dr. Steve Matthews in a parent book club. Read books that challenge, inspire, and help us as we work with our children and the students in our district. At registration, a copy of the current book will be provided.

Towel hats are unique head wear made from breathable, washable terry cloth and are designed for patients undergoing chemotherapy. The Towel Hat Project started in Japan and a local group of volunteers are sewing these hats and distributing them through St. John Providence Park. Learn about this program and please bring a new, inexpensive, 28”x 60” towel with you to donate.
Stu Johnson, a member of the Michigan Jazz Record Collectors, will lead us through the musical journey. This program is sponsored by Friends of the Novi Public Library.
