The Building Authority is a Commission that oversees the issuance of financing bonds for special projects within the City of Novi.  The new Library is one of those projects.

The Building Authority is comprised of:

On February 21, 2008, architects from BEI and Diamond & Schmitt presented schematic designs for the new Novi Public Library to the Building Authority.  These preliminary designs begin to show how the two story building is taking shape as well as its location to the property.
