Novi Public Library -- Wireless Printing
Thank you for using our wireless service.
Would you like to Print from the wireless Network? If Yes, proceed to options A or B. If No Click HERE
Wireless printing is not available for Macs, the software is only compatible with the Windows OS at this time.
Option A if you are a first time user:
- Click HERE
- Click Yes to download and Run. (Depending on your browser, you may need to download first, and then launch the PrintControl.exe)
- When the Installation completes, a small window will appear on the bottom right corner of your desktop.
- Click on "Start Print Session". When the next window appears, Enter your library card number and PIN, and choose the library.
- When submitting print jobs, select the "Wireless Printer" to submit your jobs. Any print job submitted while logged in can be retrieved at the Print Release Station
- To end the wireless print session, click on "Terminate Session"
- To Exit print Client, click on "Terminate Print Client"
- To continue after installing, Click HERE
Option B if you are a returning user:
- Go to Start --> Programs --> Wireless Library Print System --> Wireless Print System
- Click on "Start Print Session". When the next window appears, Enter your library card number and PIN, and choose your library you are printing at.
- When submitting print jobs, select the "Wireless Printer" to submit your jobs. Any print job submitted while logged in can be retrieved at the Print Release Station
- To end the wireless print session, click on "Terminate session"
- To Exit print Client, click on "Terminate Print Client"
- To continue after installing, Click HERE
Uninstalling Print Module from your laptop:
If you no longer need Library Wireless printing and are ready to uninstall the print module from your laptop, go to Start --> Programs --> Wireless Library Print System --> Uninstall Wireless Library Print System. This will completely remove the print module from your wireless device.
