Novi Public Library is partnered with Michigan Small Business Development Center as a Business Resource Center. A Business Resource Center is a place where people can go to get free information about how to start and/or grow their business. We provide a place to meet, computers & printers, business books (reference and circulating non-fiction) and access to business databases. We also host business classes and provide information about the various state and federal programs that offer assistance to business owners.
