Chess Knight at the Library

Enjoy a Knight with fellow chess enthusiasts. We will break into different games as we practice & discuss different strategies. Guests are expected to know the basic chess moves and should bring their own chessboards.

Ready, Set, Play

Ready, Set, Play! is a relaxed time for young children and their
caregivers to play and socialize. Developmentally appropriate toys
and activities will be available for children ages 2 and under.

Countries and Cultures Crafts

Join us for stories and crafts that will introduce various cultures to
children in grades 1-4.

Dog Days at the Library

Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30pm

Read to a dog! Children are encouraged to practice their reading
skills with a very patient listener; a therapy dog. Feel free to drop
in anytime between 6:30-7:30pm to read to one of our wonderful
library dogs!

Mini Masterpiece – Van Gogh

Embrace your inner artist and create a masterpiece of your very
own! Learn about a famous artist and then complete an art project
inspired by their work. Things might get messy, so remember to
wear painting clothes.

Movin’ Munchkins Costume Dance Party
